I would like to take this time to give my highest recommendation to the team at Wharf Landing, in Edenton, NC. In November, 2010, I took a new position, as Director of Hospitalist Services, at Albemarle Hospital, in Elizabeth City, NC. My wife and I desired to live in a quaint town, and Edenton, with its historic section, waterfront, and exciting history was a natural selection for us. Although we considered purchasing a home, the thought of spending free time on upkeep didn’t appeal to us. Additionally, we desired a place that we could safely dock our 35 foot sailboat, and be close to an open body of water to enjoy sailing it. After much research, we decided to purchase a condo in Wharf Landing.

The team, at Wharf Landing, exhibits the highest degree of professionalism and service. The developer’s family has lived in the surrounding area since the 1700’s. He is highly committed to making Wharf Landing a successful venture where its owners are highly satisfied. It is said that you best judge an organization not on the basis of their words, but through their actions. In my dealings, relating to the purchase/construction of our condo, with Paul Waff, and his team, they have demonstrated the highest integrity and have always gone the extra mile to be assured that my satisfaction was guaranteed. And just as important, after the purchase, the team, at Wharf Landing, continues to show their interest in my continued satisfaction, surely a rarity these days.

The construction of the condos and docks are top notch. The condo management team, hired by Wharf Landing, i.e. CAMS, is great to work with and have assured quality upkeep of the buildings and grounds. And the greatest assets, the owners, are a very friendly group that instills a great sense of community. In short, my wife and I are very happy with our decision to purchase in Wharf Landing. The high respect and commitment given to us by the Wharf Landing team compelled me to write this recommendation. Thanks to Paul, Jeff, Dave, Jack, Amber, and the rest of the Wharf Landing team, for all that you have done, and all that you continue to do, in your attempt to build such a wonderful community.
